Cognos Analytics — Degraded Functionality

In the report output viewer window, using the ‘Run’ button to re-run a report is currently causing an issue that can lead to a Cognos Analytics outage. OIT is working with IBM to investigate and resolve the issue.

In the meantime, to mitigate the risk of further outages, please run reports only from a content tab object list (i.e., click on the report name or from the Action menu, select ‘Run as’). Do not attempt to re-run a report by clicking the ‘Run’ button when viewing report output.

We will update this message when the issue is resolved.
