Temporary halt to Globus collection creation

In response to the recent security compromise involving the eMudhra intermediate Certificate Authority (CA) certificates used by Globus, we are taking immediate precautions to ensure the security of our data-sharing infrastructure.

All Globus users are requested to refrain from creating any new Globus Guest Collections (Files22, Oscar, Departments, and Stronghold) until this issue is fully resolved.

Active and ongoing transfer jobs will not be impacted. In some cases, active transfers may be briefly paused and automatically resumed later once connections are re-established. No data loss is expected.
