We are currently investigating a service disruption affecting vending machines across campus due to a technical failure on the vendor's side (Cantaloupe). This external issue is specifically impacting the processing of campus card payments and subsequent product dispensing. Please note that credit, debit, and cash payments remain fully functional, as they bypass the affected vendor system. Cantaloupe’s technical team is currently working to repair their service, and we are in direct communication with them to ensure our campus restoration is prioritized.
